Teresa from Post 31 is the absolute best in the business. Her creativity, good humor, experience, honesty, and knowledge made her a joy and by far our favorite part of the house building "journey.". She added elements and improvements to the design of our home before it was ever constructed, and I can't imagine now living without all the things she suggested. When people visit our house, they always say what made you think to do this or that. Our answer is always the same..."Teresa." 

We love the home that she designed for us, but our family loves Teresa even more. I did not know her before I hired her to do our project, but by the time we finished, she was family. She always gave of herself selflessly and put our needs first. She blended our thoughts with her own tastes and opinions in way that was always a fun collaboration.
